Les films du balibari is a French independent film production company, based in the windswept city of Nantes.
The three partners in this 10-year old company, Estelle Robin-You, Régis Noël and Maël Mainguy, focus mainly on creative documentaries, with a recurring leitmotiv : offering authors the time and expertise they deserve to develop their ideas.
Their recent productions include "18 Years" by Frédérique Pollet-Rouyer (Special Mention of the Jury at Vision du réel 2009), Fleeting Memory (Cinéma du réel 2009), and La Machina by Thierry paladino (Audience Award, Planet Doc review 2010). Les films du balibari is nominated for the French TV producer award 2010.
Production company Main Frame Film Production, one of Croatia most prominent film production company, has been following Srdjan Sarenac’s work and is producer of his feature film "The rescued". It has been providing great support in the development of Village Without Women, and is researching finance locally.
